The project
Growing production, rising vibration levels
New equipment in an existing production hall caused vibration and low-frequency humming in adjacent offices. Rubber Design was asked to measure the situation and propose a solution.
The challenge
Isolation without changing the installation
The equipment had to stay in place and remain fully accessible for maintenance.

- Keep connected pipework flexible
- No changes to the foundation
Our solution
Steel spring isolators and flexible connections
Based on vibration measurements, steel spring isolators with a low natural frequency were selected, combined with rubber bellows in the connected pipework.
